By continuing with the services offered by us, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability for purchase, or other related decisions taken by you in using the Platform. If you disagree to or are not ready to be bound by the Terms of Use, you shall not use the Platform or avail its services.

The Platform is owned and managed by MEPL, a company incorporated under the Companies Act of 1956, having its registered office at –Muthoot Towers, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala - 682035. You can select and purchase BIS hallmarked 916/999 purity gold / BIS hallmarked 925/999 purity silver jewellery/coins from the Platform by paying its price displayed therein, updated on real time basis. You understand and acknowledge that the services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Platform may contain errors or inaccuracies, due to reasons which may not be known to us, that could cause failures, corruption, or loss of data and / or information from your device or any other device used by you to connect to the Platform. You assume all risks and costs associated with use of this Platform and the associated technical defaults and liabilities.

By accessing the Platform, you warrant and represent that you are legally entitled to avail the services through the Platform and to make use of information made available via the Platform. The use of this Platform for availing the services is limited only to persons resident of India and who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Accordingly, only persons who are of age 18 years or above shall be eligible to use the Platform. By using our services, you adhere that you are 18 years of age, that you are of sound mind, you are resident of India and that you are not involved in any insolvency proceedings.

Users may register on the Platform before availing the services. To register onto the Platform, you will have to provide personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited to name, email, contact number, contact address etc., which will be used for verification process. We expect that you would complete the registration process with honesty and fairness in furnishing true, accurate and complete information. We expect you to carefully read and understand the relevant columns before filling in the details/selecting relevant options. If we come to know, in any way, that any of the information/details furnished by you is not true/inaccurate/incomplete, then we reserve the full right to suspend or terminate your account, without any notice and refuse to provide further services to you thereafter. You acknowledge and confirm that the registration with our Platform is with the bona fide intention of availing the services that we offer. We also reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action for any breach. Registration is only a one-time process and if you are already registered, then you shall login to your account.

We grant you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform, subject to these terms.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account login details such as user ID, password, one-time password (OTP) etc. You shall also be responsible in restricting access to your computer / mobile so as to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are also responsible for all the activities that occur in your account.

The Platform does not make any warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify any part of this Platform anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

In case of any dispute that arises, we prefer such disputes to be resolved amicably and informally and we encourage you to contact us before proceeding legally

Use of this Platform shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of Mumbai, India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement.

You agree to indemnify us against all legal claims that may arise from your use or misuse of our services.

We shall not be responsible for and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the Platform, any information contained on the Platform, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, we shall not be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption of the Platform, or termination thereof.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

The Platform encourages its users in providing suggestions, recommendations or other feedbacks which could be incorporated in order to improve our services. When you give feedback, you give us a royalty-free, fully paid, sub-licensable, transferable, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and licence to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such feedback without any restrictions.

At Muthoot Exim, we aim to maintain a fair, safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. To do this, we have a policy that prohibits certain types of misuse of our services. The policy prohibits behaviours such as excessively ordering or returning products beyond normal personal or household use, frequently cancelling or returning items on the false grounds, serial returning, using services for commercial purposes, engaging in fraud (including fake or altered returns), exploiting promotions or referral programmes, coupons, cashbacks, or any limited-time offers, creating  multiple /proxies accounts  to bypass limit or extract extra benefits and behaving abusively, threateningly, or unethically towards our staff, delivery partners, or vendors. Examples include repeatedly ordering multiple versions of the same high-value item with the intent to return most of them, attempting to manipulate refunds, non-cooperation with return or pickup processes (including repeated non-availability for scheduled pickup attempts), or using our services for resale or rental.

This policy does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights under Indian law or your rights under Muthoot Exim’s own terms and policies. You can still return or exchange defective, damaged, or incorrect items in line with our Return Policy and reasonably use services for genuine personal use.

We may assess non-compliance with this policy by analysing patterns in your account activity, including order volume and value, your history and reasons for returns, exchanges and cancellations, and any attempts to bypass our limits or policies. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if you do not comply with this policy, including issuing warnings, restricting access to certain features (such as promotions or easy returns), refusing orders or returns, cancelling pending orders, closing accounts, and, in serious cases (such as suspected fraud), reporting matters to law enforcement or pursuing legal action.
